Extra guest fee
After 6 guests, $25 per person, per night
Our policy states that there is a charge of $25 per person, per night after the first 6 guests. But if the host finds out that there were more guests than on the reservation and the host was not notified immediately, there will be a fee of $50 per person, per night that were not on the reservation. If anything changes with the head count or the days or anything that has to do with your reservation, please notify the host ASAP.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
Smoking Penalty - if you smoke inside the home, you may be charged up to $500
